What we collect
Quiz answers and scores; name and email if provided; UTM parameters; analytics: Framer analytics off; Cal.com booking data: Daniel Ehrlich Cal.com, enginethatcould22@gmail.com, payment processed by Stripe. Calendar & scheduling information. When you book a session with us (for example, a Clarity Session or discovery call), we collect appointment details such as your name, email address, the date and time of the appointment, time zone, and the purpose of the booking. If you authorize a calendar connection, we access calendar metadata — event titles, descriptions, start and end times, recurrence settings, attendee names and email addresses, and free/busy availability — solely to schedule and manage appointments.
How we use it
To send your quiz result; the five follow-up notes only if you checked the consent box; booking and delivering sessions. No selling of data, ever. No list rentals.
Legal bases (EU/UK visitors)
Consent (the checkbox) for follow-ups; performance of a contract for results you requested and bookings; legitimate interest for basic site analytics.
Retention
Quiz records retained 24 months; booking records per tax requirements.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability where applicable; withdrawal of consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email. California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (CCPA/CPRA, Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq.), may give you the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) request correction of inaccurate information; and (4) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
