Seven weeks. One pattern.
For the failure that keeps repeating — the one you can name the cost of more easily than the cause. Together we find the pattern, trace it to its source, name it precisely, and price it. Most people go their whole lives without naming theirs.
The Season
Eleven weeks. The capability, not the insight.
For the leader whose judgment works but is borrowed — consultants’ frameworks, instinct, crisis habits. The goal is a method that is fully your own: tested under load, proven against a hard case, running without scaffolding. Not insight. Capability.
